Food Assistance

Many of our Greer neighbors are facing poverty (being a lack of resources). Many times individuals and their families must decide between buying food or paying for other necessities, such as housing, utilities, or medical care. For these reasons, GCM was created to ensure that our neighbors will be taken care of to the best of our ability by providing food, clothing and emotional/Spiritual support.

Food Assistance

Families throughout the Greater Greer area are facing a shortage in their basic needs. Our Food Pantry allows us to offer emergency food assistance to those in need. We stock nonperishable food items that are graciously donated by individuals, churches, businesses, and special groups in the Greer community.

Hours for assistance:  Monday- Friday 9 a.m.-noon

Hours for donations: Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-4 p.m and Friday 8 a.m.-2 p.m.

For first-time recipients, please bring proof of residency (photo ID with your current address and/or current utility bill).

Our volunteers are a vital part of what we do. If you would like to volunteer in our Food Pantry, please register here.
