We are so thankful for the support we receive to help students head back to school. Each year we distribute backpacks full of school supplies on two weekends in August through generous donations from local churches, businesses, and families.

For the past several years GCM has been able to provide new backpacks full of school supplies to students in the greater Greer and surrounding communities. In 2023, we were thrilled to have been able to provide for nearly 400 children in the area and extend our reach to other areas of our community as well as provide for the students of the flood-stricken eastern Kentucky area.

GCM was able to partner again this year with Soles for Souls and stock our clothing closet with new shoes for students.

We could not do this without the generosity and partnerships with our faithful donors, churches, and businesses.

We will begin accepting school supplies in July 2024. Distribution dates are TBD.
